Eating out while on this transformation is entirely possible; you just have to know how to control your environment. Sticking to salads and lean protein such as chicken or white fish, paired with carbs like grilled potatoes, keeps things clean. I often have to make special requests like asking them to hold the sauce or bring me egg whites only. Healthy eating out can be done, just be particular about what you order and make sure your food isn't cooked in any grease or oil.

For more active recovery, I've decided to do some paddleboarding with some friends. Doing something like this will not only help you burn extra calories, it will also give you a mental break from the day-to-day stresses of working life. Nice weather and company gave me the perfect opportunity to host a barbeque later in the day where I cooked asparagus, salmon, and lean meats for all to enjoy. As always, I make sure my meals fit my macros. Believe me, this program allows for both great-tasting food and amazing results.
